Where feasible (and it is not always feasible), we conduct an incumbent criterion validation study before implementing the test at an individual company. This validation strategy involves administering the test to a group of incumbents and contrasting their test scores with job performance ratings.
AccuRater strongly encourages its clients to conduct follow-up studies that evaluate the utility of the tests in actual use. In addition to an ongoing evaluation of job performance, training performance and measures such as sales results and customer satisfaction are evaluated.
